The new Mazda 3 safety features are only options on other vehicles.
These features include:
Auto Levelling Headlights
The LED headlights adjust automatically depending on the vehicle’s load height, thus keeping the lights shining on the road and reducing glare on oncoming drivers.
The Mazda 3 comes standard with 7 airbags: the driver’s, passenger, side and curtain, and a newly developed knee airbag for the driver. Driver and passenger airbags protect your neck from whiplash. Side and curtain airbags protect you in the event of a side impact.
Mazda 3 standard safety features: Brake assist
When you apply brakes in an emergency, the ECU detects this and applies maximum brake force to stop quicker. It works with the anti-lock braking system (ABS) to provide stable steering under emergency braking. Ensure that you keep a safe following distance from the vehicles in front of you.
Stability control helps prevent loss of control in curves and emergency steering manoeuvres by stabilising your car. Avoid taking bends at high speeds.
CMH Mazda Durban hopes that you keep a safe following distance from vehicles ahead and always obey road rules.
