The economy spluttered and splattered and ran out of petrol. Eskom and SAA hit the wall. Load shedding became the thing again. The Proteas got caned. Everyone seemed to be talking about emigrating. Life felt hard, even for a Big Dealership like us. But then the Boks drilled England and Saffas started rallying. The #imstaying group on Facebook got nearly 1 million members in a few months. Positive stories about ordinary South Africans flooded back. Even negative, hate-mongering political grinches got drowned out for a while. We all started remembering that this is home, that this is who we are, and that we can do amazing things if we pull together. Reflecting on 2019 CMH Mazda Umhlanga is grateful for so many things. We are grateful for our valued customers who supported us purchasing our Mazda vehicles and servicing with us. We are grateful for living in this quirky, crazy country- Yet it is our home of Mazda and we are loving it. We are grateful for our employees who amaze and inspire daily.
